The Studio

Flagon Forge LLC is an independent game studio and technology company based in Pensacola, FL. We’re building the next generation of async tabletop RPG experiences—tools that let anyone enjoy a rich, narrative-driven adventure without needing a group, a schedule, or a physical table.

The Flagon Forge platform combines a custom game engine, AI-generated narration, and a hand-crafted ruleset to deliver a single-player TTRPG that feels like a real campaign.

The Founder

Flagon Forge was founded by Preston Jolly, a systems and reliability engineer with over two decades of experience designing and auditing mission-critical physical and digital infrastructure—from naval nuclear propulsion systems to industrial IoT platforms. He builds Flagon Forge with the same obsession he brings to industrial systems: rigorous rules, dependable state, and no single points of failure.
